About the Author…

Doug James lives in Mobile, Alabama, and holds degrees from the University of North Alabama and Walden Universities. He served as a Field Medical Corpsman in the U.S. Navy and is an adjunct professor of communication at Spring Hill College and the Aviation School of Mobile. James is the author of Walter Cronkite, His Life and Times and two historical novels: Billy Benson and Flights of Angels.
